Moments from the inaugural Women’s March in Los Angeles, the day after Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States, was sworn into office.
Estimates of numbers of marchers are hard to do and vary widely. The estimates I’ve seen are that Washington, DC had about 700,000 marchers, or about 3X the size of the crowd at Donald Trump’s inauguration. Los Angeles appears to have been the largest Women’s March at up to 750,000 people marching from Pershing Square to City Hall. At LA City Hall marchers rallied and listened to speakers in Grand Park.
